XCorecash.com Partner Program Terms and Conditions

This Agreement contains terms and conditions which apply to your participation as a Webmaster of the XCorecash Partner Program (hereinafter called the "Program"). As used in this Agreement, "you" or "your" means the applicant/participating Webmaster.

Before you can become a participant in the Program you must first read and accept each and every term of all of the following terms and conditions.

Rights granted Webmaster

1. We grant to Webmaster the non-exclusive right to refer, direct or send visitors or users of Webmaster'swebsite to websites owned, controlled, and/or operated by XCorecash.com.

2. We grant to Webmaster a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license, during the term of this Agreement, to access and download promotional materials created and owned by XCorecash.com, including banners, text, audio and video content and other intellectual properties (hereinafter "marks") owned by XCorecash.com for the sole purpose of marketing, advertising and promoting Program's Site(s).

The license herein granted shall automatically and immediately cease upon the termination of this Agreement.

3. You must be at least age 18 or the age of legal majority in your country/state of citizenship or residence) to signup or use the Program.

4. You warrant to us that You will not copy or reproduce, alter, modify or change, broadcast, distribute, transmit or disseminate any banners or other promotional materials provided by us pursuant to this Agreement and the Program in whole or in part, in any manner, at any time anywhere in the World.

5. You warrant to us that you will ONLY use Promotional Pictures, Images, Texts, Audio and Video content provided by us to promote and advertise websites that are included in the Program. Otherwise your account will be terminated, funds will be voided and violators will be prosecuted according to Intellectual Property Law.

6. Webmaster is prohibited from using any form of mass emailing, solicited or unsolicited, to promote XCorecash.com, any of its websites, or other websites owned, controlled, and/or operated by XCorecash.com. Violations of this provision of the Agreement will result in immediate termination of this Agreement. If Webmaster violates this provision an utilizes unsolicited emailing to promote, market, or advertise XCorecash.com, any of its web sites, or other web sites owned, controlled, and/or operated by XCorecash.com, all Program accounts operated by Webmaster will be immediately terminated and Webmaster will be reported to the proper authorities.

7. Linking from illegal sites not permitted and all accounts will be deactivated and any amounts owed will be voided.

8. Webmaster trying to cheat the Program will be removed promptly. Webmaster sending fake clicks, spamming (as defined above) and/or participating in credit card fraud will result in termination from the Program, as well as being reported to the proper authorities.

9. Any misrepresentation of our site(s), including (but not limited to) misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within our site(s) and exploitation of our terms and conditions, instructing the member to signup and cancel is not permitted in any way.

10. XCorecash.com will pay 50% of every signup and 50% of recurrent billing for the life of the member.

11. For purposes of promotion our Program we offers an opportunity to refer webmasters to us and to receive a commission on the resulting sales. We pay 5% from each sales of referred webmaster (referral commission available only for the accounts working under XCorecash.com affiliate program and payed by the Program)

12. We use 3rd party billing companies statistics to track sign ups. All sign ups are tracked and verified through 3rd party billing companies. The Webmaster is responsible for charge backs and/or refunds based off the report from 3rd party billing company.

13. Payouts Schedule. Credit Card & Debit Card & online Check Transactions the Operator of Program will remit payout payment twice per month with a three weeks hold period. While the Operator of Program will make all reasonable efforts to issue payment on the 1th and the 15th, unusual circumstances (such as holidays or bank network failures) may delay payments, in which case the Operator of Program will make payment the next business day.

14. Minimum Payment. Accounts registered in the XCorecash.com with option Payouts by program. Webmaster payout payment shall only be processed when the payout amount due at the end of a payout period exceeds $99.00. If the payout amount due at the end of a payout period is less than $99.00, payout shall be held over to the end of succeeding payment periods, until such time as the accumulation of the Webmaster 's payout amount exceed $99.00.

15. Payment methods.

15.1 Accounts registered in the XCorecash.com with option Payouts by program. A payout amount could be sent to Webmaster via ePassporte, webmoney or wire transfer. Following comissions will be applyed to payment methods: epassport - $2.00, webmoney - 2.5%, wire transfer - $30.00

15.2 Accounts registered in the XCorecash.com with option Check from CCBill.com A payout amount could be sent to Webmaster via check or wire transfer. Please check CCBill affiliate guide about fees.

The Operator of Program does not cover any costs and expenses in the case of payments to incorrect details indicated by Webmaster.

16. We notice You that You and Affiliate Program are independent contractors only. No partnership is being created pursuant to the Agreement and there are no any partnership liabilities between You and Affiliate Program.

17. Failure to utilize the correct linking codes could result in lost hits and uncounted sign ups. XCorecash.com is not responsible for incorrect linking codes.

18. We cannot be held responsible for loss of monies or clicks due to downtime or damages resulting from complications with our hosting providers, riots, acts of god, server based problems or any other issues that may arise.

19. We reserve the right to terminate any agreement at any time, for any reason, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately.

20. We reserve the right to change terms of Program, at any time without notification. Major changes will be mailed to email address from your profile.

21. Any one individual or company must open only one account, no matter how many sites they own. Individuals or companies may also open further accounts if they has permission from us, and do not use their own referral link from one account, to open further accounts.
